- 2 Garlic Cloves chopped fine
- 1 small celery rib, chopped fine
- 3 (8 ounce) can white Cannellini
(Navy Beans) beans, rinsed well and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup tubular pasta or Elbows
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley leaves

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to garnish at the End
Directions:
Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil first, then Brown the Garlic in the hot oil add the two slices of Bacon stir fry the bacon and garlic together. Add the three cans of Cannellini Beans fill the can with water and add two cans of water to the mixture and also the celery. Salt and Black pepper cover for 5 minutes on low fire while it is simmering, then add the Tomatoes, and simmer the mixture, covered, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
Stir in the tubettini pasta or Elbows, simmer the soup, covered, for 10 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.
You might need to add some water so have a cup of water ready whenever you stir and add some to it. Try the pasta to see if it is Al Dente and let the soup sit for 5 minutes before serving.
