Pizza was born in Naples Italy, it was presented for the first time to Queen Margherita of Savoy in Naples around 150 years ago, hence the famous Margherita pizza, Tomato Basil and Mozzarella cheese
Ingredients: Linguine alle Vongole
1/2 pound linguine
2 table spoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1lb little neck clams
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
1/2lb of Cherry Tomatoes
Cook the pasta in salted water after it comes to a boil
Pour the oil in a flat frying pan and fry the chopped garlic till golden brown. Add the calms and the chopped parsley; finally add the cherry tomatoes salt pepper and a shot of white wine. Enjoy
This is very simple to prepare and quick to make.
It originated around the Amalfi coast.

Here is a little secret, go to your local supermarket and buy your dough already made and spread it with a roller pin till you have a 1/4" high dough pie.
28oz. imported plum tomatoes from the can. Put into a container and crush the tomatoes with your hands. Now, add the rest of the ingredients into the container. Here is how you can do it.
Mix 3 table spoons olive oil and two tablespoons of oregano one-teaspoon salt and a sprinkle of black pepper, now mix it well.
After you flatten the dough, you need:
1lb Ovolini fresh mozzarella cheese balls
Fresh Basil to be added in the end.
Turn your oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit let heat up for ten minutes and make sure you have one of the metal grids out before you heat the oven.
Place aluminum foil to the surface of the grid and spread some oil on the foil with a clean brush.
Place pizza dough on to the foil and spread your tomato and Mozzarella balls but, please dice them first, a dash of salt, cushed red pepper. The Basil you ad in the end before you bake the Pizza for leave in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes till your crust looks golden brown. Enjoy
