		<description>Ingredients: Spaghetti alla Marinara    4 clove garlic, crushed   1 can of 28oz. crushed tomatoes  1 teaspoon of Oregano  2 tablespoons Extra Virgin olive oil   1 pinch of Black Pepper  salt to your taste  Directions:  To make the tomato sauce: Heat oil in a medium pan. Add garlic over medium heat and sauté for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add crushed tomato, pinch of black pepper. Simmer uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.     In a large pot add half water to it and add salt till water tastes like seawater. Bring water to a boil and add the Spaghetti to it stir from time to time otherwise it will stick.  You cook the pasta between 13 and 15 minutes according to your liking of Al Dente. When pasta is done strain the water and put in a plate to serve and add the sauce on top. Enjoy            </description>
