How to make a perfect espresso coffee

Illy Coffee Is One of the most renowned coffees in Italy and now more than ever, also here in the United States as well.
Illy Started with a wax-free and oil free espresso coffee at first, finally as the years went by, Illy Coffee marketed a new coffee blend that is made from the best coffee beans in the world. It is not easy to create the perfect blend of espresso coffee in fact it is known to be an art form in Italy, where the espresso coffee is the most popular morning beverage in the country. It comes in a tiny cup and is mostly served at the local Bar or coffee shop. You would notice that your sugar would float on top of a very thick cream and an aroma that cannot be mistaken with any other coffee beverage in the world.
Espresso Coffee is very carefully roasted without burning the coffee to a bitter and sour taste, and then it is later ground to the perfect coarse grind in order to be brewed trough a very hot espresso machine. Sometimes, you would notice that the Coffee Shop Bar Tender would change the settings on the grinder depending on the weather. Most Italians know that the perfect espresso coffee is made in Naples Italy mostly due to popular believe is that it could attributed the local mineral water, which derives from the still active volcano called Mount Vesuvius. That could be a reason why Naples makes the espresso coffee so taste full, In fact, in Naples City you can enjoy a cup of espresso even without putting sugar in it if you are a fanatic like me. If you have any questions about the art of espresso, please e mail me before you go to McDonalds or Starbucks to drink an over priced, Burned and badly ground coffee brew they like to call Espresso!
Here is how you can grind your own espresso, buy yourself a pound of espresso Illy Coffee, if it comes already ground, you need to use the conventional espresso maker. We call that the traditional espresso maker that is the kind you brew on the stove, they come in aluminum and stainless steel. You should have no problems in achieving the goal of making a great espresso. Fill the filter to the brim and put another quarter teaspoon of espresso grind on the top of the mount before you screw the espresso maker together. This step is only after you put water inside the bottom piece, remember you could use Mineral water San Pellegrino for a perfect taste, just fill it to the line that you see inside the bottom piece, but not to the brim. You put it on low fire on your stove and enjoy your own perfect Espresso coffee.
If you are like me, an espresso fanatic or you'd like to grind your own coffee beans and you own a serious electric espresso maker, then I would like to reiterate that the coffee grind should feel uniform after you grind it. What you want is the consistency between flour and corn meal, take a pinch with your fingers and feel the grind, if it feels almost like flour and not like the American coffee grind then you are on the right track. Remember to make a few espresso coffee before you achieve the perfect grind so only grind enough for one cup at first until you get the feel for it.
Now you take the freshly ground espresso coffee and fill your espresso maker filter all the way to the brim. If you have an electric espresso machine with a pump operated mechanism and a handle filter group, then fill the hot filter handle all the way to the brim. Please ascertain yourself that the filter handle heats up with the machine. Finally, do not press down the grind as your pump inside the machine might not have the power to push trough the steam, just lock the filter handle into to the espresso maker and enjoy your perfect espresso and may every espresso be the best one for you.
